Do you want to work with marketing and events in the heart of Borås?

We are now looking for a structured and creative event and marketing coordinator who wants to help develop the activities and communication of the city center.

About the position

As an event and marketing coordinator, you will have a varied role where you combine creative work with administration and practical event support. You will work closely with your colleague to strengthen communication around the city's activities and contribute to ensuring that our events are carried out in a professional and inspiring manner.

Responsibilities

• Plan and publish content on social media
• Update and develop content on the website
• Create simpler marketing materials (digital and print)
• Administer and manage tasks related to our gift card
• Assist in planning and executing events
• Coordinate practical details for activities and campaigns

We are looking for someone who

• Has an interest in marketing, communication, and events
• Is structured and has good administrative skills
• Is creative and has a sense of form and content
• Enjoys working both independently and in a team
• Is flexible and likes a varied job
• Experience with social media, CMS, or basic graphic production is a plus, but we place great importance on personal qualities.

• Working hours weekdays 8–17, with some variation for evenings and weekends during events.
